Abstract

Delo na daljavo je z epidemijo covid-19 postalo sodobna oblika dela, ki se je nenadoma uveljavila po vsem svetu in doživela hiter napredek. Zanimalo nas je, kako so zaposleni doživeli delo na daljavo v času epidemije in kako je »delo od doma« vplivalo na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih. Za namen raziskave vpliva dela na daljavo na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih v podjetju X v času epidemije covid-19 smo predstavili pojem in ureditev dela na daljavo, njegove prednosti in slabosti, zadovoljstvo ter dejavnike, ki vplivajo na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih, komunikacijo, medosebne odnose, timsko delo ter vpliv dela na daljavo na družinsko oz. zasebno življenje ter izvedli raziskavo v podjetju X. Raziskava je pokazala, da delo na daljavo vsekakor vpliva na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih. Kljub slabostim, ki so se izkazale predvsem kot pomanjkanje komunikacije, osebnih stikov s sodelavci in vodji, pojav občutka nepripadnosti podjetju in socialne izoliranosti in so do neke mere negativno vplivale na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih, je bilo delo na daljavo v podjetju X v času epidemije večinoma dobro sprejeto zaradi številnih prednosti, ki jih nudi. Zato smo pravilno predvidevali, da bodo zaposleni v prihodnje pripravljeni na hibridni model dela, ki nudi prednosti in ugodnosti dela na daljavo, kot npr. prihranek časa in stroškov, fleksibilen delovni čas in lažjo organizacijo dela, lažje usklajevanje zasebnega oz. družinskega življenja s poklicnim ter z ohranjanjem osebne komunikacije in stikov med zaposlenimi zmanjša negativen vpliv dela na daljavo na zadovoljstvo zaposlenih. Kot priporočilo podjetju X smo podali predloge, ki bi po mnenju zaposlenih lahko izboljšali delo na daljavo, predvsem na področju komunikacije, informiranosti, komunikacijske in informacijske tehnologije, pisarniške in računalniške opreme.

Secondary abstract: With the covid-19 epidemic, remote work has become a modern form of work, which has suddenly become established all over the world and experienced a huge progress. We were interested in how employees experienced remote work during the epidemic and how "working from home" affected employee satisfaction. For the purpose of research into the impact of remote work on the satisfaction of employees in company X during the covid-19 epidemic, we presented the concept and regulation of remote work, its advantages and disadvantages, satisfaction and factors that affect employee satisfaction, communication, interpersonal relationships, teamwork and the impact of remote work on the family or private life and carried out a survey in company X. The survey showed that remote work definitely affects employee satisfaction. Despite the weaknesses, which appeared mainly as a lack of communication, personal contacts with colleagues and the manager, the emergence of a feeling of not belonging to the company and social isolation, and which to some extent had a negative impact on employee satisfaction, remote work in company X during the epidemic was mostly well received due to the many benefits it offers. Therefore, we correctly assumed that in the future employees will be prepared for a hybrid work model that offers the advantages and benefits of remote work, such as e.g. saving time and costs, flexible working hours and easier organization of work, easier coordination of private or of family life with professional life, and by maintaining personal communication and contacts between employees, reduces the negative impact of remote work on employee satisfaction. As a recommendation to company X, we made suggestions that, according to the employees, could improve remote work, especially in the field of communication, information, communication and information technology, office and computer equipment.
