Abstract
Merjenje zahtevnih geometrij zahteva posebne naprave in znanje. V diplomski nalogi je predstavljena koordinatna merilna naprava in potek merjenja na njej. Izbrani merjenec ima geometrijske lastnosti, ki jih z uporabo preprostega merilnega orodja ne moremo zadovoljivo nadzorovati. Izbrane geometrijske lastnosti smo zato izmerili in ovrednotili z uporabo koordinatne merilne naprave. Za primerjavo in razmislek, zakaj se razlikujejo dimenzije oblik, ki so med seboj identične in bi v teoriji morale imeti iste dimenzije, smo izmerili tudi nekaj takšnih geometrijskih oblik. Prišli smo do zaključka, da merjenec ustreza podanim tolerancam.

Secondary abstract: |
It takes special machines and specific knowledge to measure complex geometries. This thesis contains presentation of coordinate measuring technique and machine itself. Geometrical characteristics of an electromotor component can not be measured using basic measuring tools. That is why we used coordinate measuring machine to measure and evaluate chosen geometrical characteristics. For comparison in size and deliberation, we also measured some identical shapes, which should in theory be same size. At the end, we came to conclusion that the chosen component meets tolerances. |
