Abstract

V diplomskem delu so predstavljeni postopki izdelave ročaja kuhinjske pečice na CNC-stroju. Opisano je podjetje Aluminium Kety Emmi d.o.o., predstavljene so osnove odrezovalnih postopkov, opisani so stroj in orodje, njegova priprava in merjenje, priprava menjave, vpenjanje obdelovancev, tehnologija izdelave, kontrola izdelave in tehnološka dokumentacija. V diplomskem delu je predvsem poudarek na postopku priprave tehnologije na CNC-stroju. Obravnavani so torej priprava orodja, umerjanje orodja, opis CNC-stroja, priprava menjave, opis orodja in vse faze obdelave.

Secondary abstract: The graduation work presents the manufacturing processes of a kitchen oven handle on a CNC machine. The company Aluminum Kety Emmi d.o.o. is described, the basics of trimming procedures are presented, the machine and tool, its preparation and measurement, preparation of change, clamping of workpieces, production technology, production control, and technical documentation are described. In the diploma work, the focus is mainly on the process of preparing the technology for the CNC machine. Therefore, tool preparation, tool calibration, description of the CNC machine, change preparation, tool description, and all processing phases are discussed.
