Abstract

V zadnjem času smo priča izjemno hitremu razvoju digitalnih tehnologij, zato je dobra digitalna marketinška strategija v podjetju vse pomembnejša. Naš namen je bil prikazati ustrezno digitalno marketinško strategijo za podjetje Ključarstvo BM. V teoretičnem delu smo na temelju pregleda domače in tuje literature opredelili digitalni marketing z njegovimi prednostmi in slabostmi ter predstavili posamezne strategije. Nato smo se dotaknili še socialnih omrežij, kjer smo se osredotočili predvsem na Facebook, Instagram in TikTok. V raziskovalnem delu smo predstavili podjetje Ključarstvo BM ter izvedli dve metodi spraševanja – najprej anketo in nato še intervju z direktorjem podjetja Ključarstvo BM. Dobljene rezultate smo med seboj primerjali in analizirali s pomočjo raziskovalnih vprašanj. Podjetju Ključarstvo BM smo predlagali, naj čim prej vzpostavi spletno stran in socialna omrežja, poleg tega pa smo podali tudi predloge videza spletne strani in socialnih omrežij. Naša ugotovitev je bila, da bi digitalni marketing podjetju Ključarstvo BM lahko pomagal pri iskanju novih potencialnih strank in nasploh pri pozicioniranju na trgu.

Secondary abstract: Recently, we have witnessed the extremely rapid development of digital technologies, which is why a good digital marketing strategy in a company is increasingly important. Our purpose was to show an appropriate digital marketing strategy for Ključarstvo BM. In the theoretical part, based on a review of domestic and foreign literature, we defined digital marketing with its advantages and disadvantages and presented individual strategies. Then we touched on social networks, where we focused mainly on Facebook, Instagram and TikTok. In the research part, we presented the company Ključarstvo BM and carried out two questioning methods - first a survey and then an interview with the director of the company Ključarstvo BM. The obtained results were compared and analyzed with the help of research questions. We suggested the company Ključarstvo BM to set up a website and build a presence on social networks as soon as possible, and we also gave suggestions for the appearance of the website and social networks. Our conclusion was that digital marketing could help Ključarstvo BM to find new potential customers and in general to position itself in the market.
