Abstract

Poslovno okolje je zelo dinamično in hitro spreminjajoče. Podjetje mora za svojo rast in razvoj dobro poznati svoje notranje in zunanje dejavnike, da se zna prilagoditi hitro spreminjajočim trendom in tako zadovoljiti potrebe potrošnikov. Znati mora izkoristiti svoje priložnosti, nenazadnje pa tudi slabosti poslovanja, da se podjetju lahko zagotavlja dolgoročna rast in razvoj. Predmet našega raziskovanja je slovensko kozmetično podjetje Kozmetika Afrodita, ki je eno izmed vodilnih podjetij za nego kože v Sloveniji. V kozmetični industriji se vse bolj pojavlja vprašanje naravnih izdelkov in njihove preglednosti. Potrošniki v sodobnem času pričakujejo vedno več od podjetij in njihovih proizvodov. Zdravje je eden izmed ključnih problemov, zaradi katerega so današnji potrošniki postali tako trajnostno ozaveščeni. Vedno več jih želi boljši vpogled v kozmetične proizvode in v to, kaj dajejo na svojo kožo. Zato je veliko tujih kozmetičnih podjetij v svoje poslovanje vključilo uporabo blockchain tehnologije, ki omogoča ustrezno preglednost kozmetičnih izdelkov od izvora samih sestavin do informacij končne proizvodnje. To smo proučevali tudi za Kozmetiko Afrodita. Z analizo notranjega in zunanjega okolja omenjenega podjetja smo proučili vpliv blockchain tehnologije na ti dve okolji. Z analizo STEEP smo podrobneje analizirali zunanje okolje podjetja in opredelili priložnosti in nevarnosti. S tabelo IFAS oz. sintezo notranjih dejavnikov pa smo ugotavljali prednosti in slabosti Kozmetike Afrodita. Na podlagi spoznanih notranjih in zunanjih dejavnikov smo opredelili naše ugotovitve in analizirali uvedbo blockchain tehnologije v izbrano podjetje ter njen vpliv na poslovno okolje. Digitalna transformacija podjetja in s tem uporaba tehnologije blockchain bi na Kozmetiko Afrodita vplivala zelo pozitivno v poslovnem okolju. Nova tehnologija bi podjetju omogočila izvrstno preglednost izdelkov, zaupanje potrošnikov in konkurenčnost doma in v tujini. Povečali bi se tudi prihodki. Kljub številnim prednostim smo zaznali nekaj slabosti v okolju, ki bi se pojavile z uvedbo izbrane tehnologije, vendar pa te ne zaznavamo kot tvegane.

Secondary abstract: The business environment is very dynamic and fast-changing. In order to grow and develop, a company needs to have a good understanding of its internal and external factors in order to be able to adapt to fast-growing trends and meet the needs of consumers. It needs to be able to exploit its opportunities and, ultimately, its weaknesses in order to ensure its long-term growth and development. The subject of our research is the Slovenian cosmetics company Kozmetika Afrodita, one of the leading skincare companies in Slovenia. The cosmetics industry is increasingly raising the issue of natural products and their transparency. Consumers in modern times expect more and more from companies and their products. Health is one of the key issues why today's consumers have become so sustainably conscious. More and more of them want a better insight into cosmetic products and what they put on their skin. This is why many foreign cosmetics companies have integrated the use of blockchain technology into their business operations, allowing for proper transparency of cosmetic products from the origin of the ingredients themselves to the final production information. This is also what we studied for Afrodita Cosmetics. By analysing the internal and external environments of the company, we examined the impact of blockchain technology on these two environments. With the STEEP analysis, we analysed the external environment of the company in more detail and identified opportunities and threats. Using the IFAS table or the synthesis of internal factors, we identified the strengths and weaknesses of Afrodita Cosmetics. Based on the internal and external factors identified, we defined our findings and analysed the introduction of blockchain technology in the selected company and its impact on the business environment. The digital transformation of the company and the use of blockchain technology would have a very positive impact on Afrodita Cosmetics in the business environment. The new technology would enable the company to have excellent product transparency, consumer trust and competitiveness at home and abroad. Revenues would also increase. Despite the many advantages, we perceived some disadvantages in the environment that would arise with the introduction of the chosen technology. However, we do not perceive these as risky.
