Abstract

V zaključnem delu so ugotovljene največje napetosti na vogalni spoj samonosilnega ogrodja bivalne enote z uporabo metode končnih elementov. Preverja se ustreznost vijakov, materiala in varov.

Secondary title: Dimensioning of corner joints of self supporting living unit frame
Secondary abstract: In this final work we find out what kind of stress a corner joint of a self-supporting living unit can withstand. For this purpose, the finite element analysis was used. The adequacy of the bolt joints, the metal itself and the welds was checked. For the bolt analysis the force was applied to the supporting beam in various directions, while gathering the data. The same was done for the side beams but they will only be tested in the Z direction. Lastly, we examined the rotational stiffness of the assembly by fixating the pillar and applying force on the side beams. The results showed that the bolt joints would hold up even past the point of the material yield stress. The bottom corner joint could withstand higher loads. No bigger change was noticed with changing the direction of the force.
