Abstract

Namen magistrske naloge je predstaviti pomen uporabe umetne inteligence (UI) pri optimizaciji poslovnih procesov in njene uporabe v slovenskih podjetjih. Najprej smo se osredotočili na različne vrste UI, pri čemer smo jih predstavili in opisali, kako jih zaposleni uporabljajo v različnih podjetjih. Ustvarili smo anketni vprašalnik, s katerim smo želeli ugotoviti razširjenost uporabe UI in njen vpliv na zaposlene v podjetjih. Rezultate ankete smo analizirali in jih grafično predstavili. Ugotovili smo, da UI v Sloveniji še ni zelo razširjena in uporabljena v poslovnih procesih podjetij.

Secondary title: The use of artificial intelligence in business process optimization
Secondary abstract: The purpose of the master thesis is to present the importance of artificial intelligence (AI) in process management and optimization in Slovenian companies. We primarily focused on the introduction of different types of AI, describing how it is used in different types of companies. We used a survey questionnaire to find out how widespread the use of AI is and how it affects employees in companies. In the end we analyzed the survey results and presented them graphically. We established that AI is not yet well known in Slovenia and used in the business processes of companies.
