Abstract

Komunikacija je oblika, s katero vzpostavimo, spoštujemo, spreminjamo in dopolnjujemo odnose med posamezniki, skupino ali celo organizacijo. Vsako učenje je oblika komuniciranja. Vsak učitelj prenaša učencu informacije, ki se jih mora učenec naučiti. Pri tem je pomembno, da učitelj informacijo posreduje na čim bolj razumljiv način. Vsaka organizacija deluje uspešno, če podpiramo, spodbujamo ali preprečujemo ovire. Zato je pomembno dobro sodelovanje in komunikacija med vsemi zaposlenimi, učenci in vsemi zunanjimi osebami, ki na kakršen koli način sodelujejo s šolo. Le na ta način lahko šola kot ustanova uspešno napreduje.

Secondary abstract: Communication is the act of establishing, nourishing, changing and expanding relationships between the individuals, a group or even an organization. Every learning is communication. A teacher transmits relevant information to the students who then acquire facts important for them. Therefore, that transmission should be conveyed in the most adequate way possible. Also, every organization works successfully if we support, encourage or overcome obstacles. Therefore, is is important to have a good cooperation and communication between all parties included in the school system. With that, the school progress is guaranteed.
