Abstract

Pobiranje izolacijskih materialov je monoton in enostaven ročni proces z veliko ponovitvami in je zato še posebej primeren za avtomatizacijo z robotsko celico. Magistrsko delo predstavlja nadgradnjo robotske celice iz diplomskega dela z naslovom »Avtomatizacija pobiranja cevakov kamene volne z robotsko celico«. Njegov cilj je izboljšava robotske celice iz diplomskega dela tako, da se zmanjša čas cikla pobiranja, zmanjša potreba po prisotnosti operaterja med delovanje celice, ter poveča območje pobiranja celice. V magistrskem delu so najprej predstavljene prednosti celice iz magistrskega dela v primerjavi celici iz diplomskega dela. Opisani so posamezni sestavni deli izboljšane celice, na koncu pa sledi še izdelava simulacije delovanja izboljšane celice v programu Robot Studio.

Secondary title: Simulation of a robotic cell for insulation material handling
Secondary abstract: Insulation material handling is a simple and monotonous manual process with many repetitions and is therefore particularly suitable for automation using a robot cell. This Master's thesis represents an upgrade of the robot cell from the diploma thesis “Automation of mineral wool pipe section handling using a robot cell”. Its goal is to upgrade the robotic cell from the thesis in such a way as to shorten the picking process cycle time, reduce the necessity for operator presence during operation and increase its working area. The master's thesis first presents the advantages of the cell from the master's thesis compared to the cell from the diploma thesis. The individual components of the improved cell are then described. Finally, there is a simulation of the operation of the improved cell in the Robot Studio program.
