Abstract

Menjava jedrskega goriva v Nuklearni elektrarni Krško je ena najbolj kritičnih nalog v remontu, kjer se s pomočjo posebnih manipulatorjev gorivne elemente preloži iz reaktorja v bazen za izrabljeno gorivo in nato nazaj. Ker morebitne napake lahko povzročijo večje tehnične in ekonomske posledice, ima oprema vgrajenih kar nekaj zaščitnih funkcij. Magistrska naloga se najprej osredotoči na opis instrumentacijskega dela manipulatorja. Ker je ta oprema že dokaj stara, se v nalogi razvije možnost nadgradnje in modernizacije, s katero se reši problem srednjeročnega vzdrževanja, implementira nove funkcionalnosti ter izboljša vmesnik človek-stroj

Secondary abstract: Nuclear fuel manipulation is one of most critical tasks during outage in Nuclear Power Plant Krško. Using special fuel handling equipment fuel elements are transported from reactor core to spent fuel pool and reverse. Since consequences upon fuel element damage are high, from technical and also economical aspect, such equipment incorporates several protection features. Master work deals first describes fuel element manipulator crane. This equipment is old and some parts are obsolete, master works develops a possible instrumentation upgrade, resulting in easier maintenance, new safety features and improved human-machine interface.
