Povzetek
Magistrsko delo zajema modela kondenzatnega sistema in sistema glavne napajalne vode, ki predstavljata del sekundarnega sistema jedrske elektrarne. Glavna naloga teh dveh sistemov je vračanje kondenzatne vode iz kondenzatorja v oba uparjalnika. Črpalke dvignejo tlak v sistemu, 6 stopenj predgretja pa pripomore k večjemu izkoristku sistema. Model je narejen s 6-enačbnim modelom v programu APROS in temelji delno na RELAP5 modelu in delno na dejanskih podatkih Nuklearne elektrarne Krško. Vhodni podatki v sistemu so ustrezno preračunani in geometrije modulov ustrezno prilagojene. Začetni pogoji so nastavljeni na 100% obremenitev elektrarne pri največji generatorski moči in sicer po zamenjavi nizkotlačne turbine v sekundarnem sistemu Nuklearne elektrarne Krško. Rezultati prikazujejo ustrezen tlačni padec, potek temperature, masni tok in potek entalpij v primerjavi z realnim sistemom, prav tako pa je ustrezno modeliranih 6 grelnikov, kar se kaže v ustreznih toplotnih prenosih. Integrirane kondenzatne črpalke in črpalke glavne napajalne vode ustrezno dvignejo tlak v sistemu. Model se ni soočal z večjimi težavami, uporabljene pa so bile nekatere poenostavitve in inženirske presoje. Delo v splošnem zajema celoten opis jedrske elektrarne in podroben opis sekundarnega sistema ter zgoraj omenjenega modela.

Modelling of secondary system of Krško Nuclear Power Plant |

Master's thesis covers condensate system (CY) model and main feedwater system (FW) model, which are a part of nuclear power plant secondary system. Main task of these two systems is to return condensate water from condenser to steam generators. Pumps raise the pressure in system and 6 stages of reheating contribute to increased efficiency of system. Model is made using 6-equation model in APROS program, and is based partly on RELAP5 model and party on actual data of Nuclear power plant Krško. Input data are properly calculated and geometries of modules accordingly adjusted. Initial conditions are set on 100% load and maximal generator power after lowpressure turbine replacement. The results show corresponding pressure drop, temperature, mass flow and enthalpies throughout system compared to real system of Nuclear power plant Krško. The model of 6 reheaters shows great results, which can be seen in heat transfer comparison. Condensate pumps and main feedwater pumps raise pressure in system accordingly. The model did not face major problems, however some simplifications and engineering judgments were used. In genereal, thesis includes whole description of nuclear power plant and detailed description of secondary system with the above-mentioned model. |
