Abstract
Diplomsko nalogo z naslovom Vpliv vzgojiteljev na socialno-emocionalni razvoj predšolskega otroka po epidemiji covida-19 sestavljata teoretični in empirični del. V teoretičnem smo povzeli strokovne perspektive raznih avtorjev o socialno-emocionalnem razvoju pri predšolskih otrocih, vplivu vzgojiteljev na socialno-emocionalni razvoj predšolskih otrok in kompetence, ki jih lahko otroci pridobijo na socialnem in tudi na emocionalnem področju. Poglobili smo se v vpliv vzgojiteljev na socialno-emocionalni razvoj pri predšolskem otroku, ki je izrednega pomena za celoten otrokov razvoj in njegovo delovanje v okolju. V empiričnem delu diplomskega dela smo raziskali vpliv vzgojiteljev na socialno-emocionalni razvoj predšolskih otrok in morebitne posledice epidemije covida-19. Vprašali smo se, kako se vzgojitelji v vrtcu spoprijemajo z odstopanji na socialno-emocionalnem področju otrok. Podatke smo zbrali s pomočjo spletnega anketnega vprašalnika. Po končanem anketiranju smo vse obdelali s pomočjo programa SPSS in rezultate interpretirali. Ugotovili smo, da je epidemija covida-19 na socialno-emocionalnem razvoju predšolskega otroka pustila kar nekaj posledic.

This Bachelor's thesis, titled The Influence of Preschool Teachers on the Social-Emotional Development of a Preschool Child after the COVID-19 Epidemic, consists of theoretical and empirical part. In the theoretical part, we summarized expert perspectives of various authors on the social-emotional development of preschool children, the influence of teachers on the social-emotional development of preschool children and the competence which can be acquired by children during their social and emotional development. We focused on the influence of preschool teachers on the social-emotional aspect of a preschool child, which is of an immense importance for the child's development and functioning in the environment. In the empirical part, we researched the influence of preschool teachers on the social-emotional development of preschool children, the possible consequences of the COVID-19 epidemic and the approach of preschool teachers to any social-emotional developmental deviation. We collected the data with an online questionnaire. After gathering the answers, we processed the data with SPSS program and interpreted the results. We determined that the COVID-19 epidemic left consequences, which are seen in the social-emotional developmental deviation of a preschool child. |
