Poslovanje na gradbišču gradnje poslovnega objekta

Abstract

Diplomsko delo predstavlja poslovanje na gradbišču za namen gradnje poslovnega objekta. V uvodnem delu smo opisali problem, namen in cilje diplomskega dela. Sledi splošni del, v katerem smo predstavili teoretične osnove o obračunavanju izvedenih del na gradbišču in internem nadzoru nad gradnjo objektov ter prikazali splošni potek procesa naročila izdelkov in materialov za potrebe gradnje objekta. V praktičnem delu smo za praktični primer gradnje poslovnega objekta na območju industrijske cone Ljubljana Polje prestavili izpolnjene obračunske liste s prilogami knjige obračunskih izmer za nekatera gradbena dela, ki so med drugim bili osnova za izračun kazalnika uspešnosti gradbišča oziroma razvida gradbenega poslovanja. Na praktičnem primeru smo prikazali potek procesa naročila tipičnega materiala, ki je bil potreben za gradnjo poslovnega objekta.

Secondary abstract:	The diploma work presents operations at a construction site for the purpose of building a commercial building. In the introductory part, we described the problem, purpose and goals of the thesis. In the general part, which follows, we presented the theoretical basics of billing for works performed on the construction site and internal control over the construction of buildings, and showed the general course of the process of ordering products and materials for building construction purposes. In the practical part, we presented the practical example of the construction of a commercial building in the area of the Ljubljana Polje industrial zone. We presented the calculation of bill of works and the billing measurement book, which was the basis for the calculation of the construction site performance indicator, which is also called the overview of the construction operations. Using a practical example, we demonstrated the process of ordering typical materials that were needed for the construction of a commercial building.
