Abstract

V diplomski nalogi smo raziskali motiviranost zaposlenih za izobraževanje. Sestavljena je iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V prvem delu smo opredelili pojme izobraževanja, opisali strukturo motivacije, našteli nekatere motivacijske teorije, s katerimi lahko preučujemo motivacijo, opisali pojme motivacijskega menedžmenta in opisali specifike dela vzgojitelja. Drugi del diplomske naloge predstavlja raziskava motivacije za izobraževanje zaposlenih v vrtcu H. C. Andersen in njegovih podružnicah v Ljubljani, ki smo jo izvedli z anketnim vprašalnikom, ki je bil razdeljen med zaposlene v omenjenem vrtcu. Zanimalo nas je, kateri so tisti dejavniki, ki vplivajo na motivacijo zaposlenih za dodatna izobraževanja in kaj jih od tega odvrača. Zaključek diplomske naloge predstavlja povzetek celotnega empiričnega dela, hkrati pa smo podali nekaj možnih rešitev, kako povečati motivacijo za izobraževanje zaposlenih v VVZ H. C. Andersen.

Secondary abstract: In this thesis we studied the motivation for education of employees. The theisis consists of two parts, the theoretical part and the empirical work. In the first part we define the concepts of education, we describe the structure of motivation, motivation theories with witch the motivation can be studied, we describe the concepts o motivation management and describe the specifics of the educator. The second part of thesis presents the research of motivation for education of the employees in kindergarten H.C. Andersen and its affiliates in Ljubljana, which was performed bymeans with a questionnaire, which was distributed among the employees. We wanted to know which are the factors that affect employee motivation for further education and what discourages them from it. Completion of the thesis presents a summary of the overall empirical work and at the end we also gave some possible solutions on how to increase motivation for education of the employees in kindergarden HC Andersen.
