Povzetek

Dandanes življenje poteka z vse hitrejšim tempom, tako nas zasipajo z novo tehnologijo, znanji, proizvodi. Da bi jih znali tudi mi uporabljati pa se je potrebno izobraževati. Nekateri to odkrivanje po novem dojemajo kot izziv, drugi pa kot breme za katerega se jim zdi, da ga ne bodo nikoli premagali. Zato je ključnega pomena motivacija, torej da ljudi spodbujamo, da se izobražujejo in si s tem nadgrajujejo znanje saj smo le tako lahko resnično uspešni pri svojem delu. Za diplomsko nalogo z naslovom: Motivacija za izobraževanje zaposlenih v organizaciji x, sem se odločila, ker sem bila v času študija zaposlena v tej organizaciji. Poleg tega pa sem vsakodnevno spremljala kako se sodelavci udeležujejo raznih delavnic, seminarjev in drugih oblik izobraževanj. V diplomski nalogi sem se posvetila temu kaj pomeni motivacija, kaj motivacija v povezavi z izobraževanjem pomeni zaposlenim, kako na njih vpliva, koliko časa oziroma energije so pripravljeni vložiti v dodatna izobraževanja in kateri so tisti motivi, ki jih spodbujajo oziroma ovirajo. Diplomska naloga je razdeljena na teoretični in praktični del. V teoretičnem so predstavljeni pojmi, ki spadajo k motivaciji in izobraževanju. V praktičnem delu pa je predstavljena anketa skupaj z analizo, ki smo jo izvedli med sodelavci. V zaključku pa so predstavljene možnosti izboljšav v procesu izobraževanja. Raziskovalni del sem izvedla s pomočjo ankete, ki sem jo razdelila med zaposlene. Anketni vprašalnik je bil anonimen. Rezultate vprašalnika sem interpretirala in ugotovila, da imajo zaposleni zelo pozitiven odnos do izobraževanj. V večini primerov so se zaposleni pripravljeni izobraževati kadarkoli, tudi v prostem času. Pomembno pa je tudi, da se zaposleni zavedajo, da dodatna znanja potrebujejo in so se pripravljeni vključiti v kakršnekoli oblike izobraževanja s katerimi bi svoje znanje nadgradili. V diplomski nalogi smo na podlagi vzorca ugotavljali strukturo zaposlenih po spolu, starosti, izobrazbi in delovni dobi v organizaciji x. Ugotovili smo, da je nekoliko večji del zaposlenih ženske populacije. Populacija je relativno mlada, največ zaposlenih je starih od 20 do 45 let. Večina jih ima že dokončano višjo stopnjo izobrazbe. Največ zaposlenih ima do 5 let delovne dobe. Rezultati raziskave kažejo, da zaposlene najbolj motivira, da z izobraževanjem prispevajo k lastnemu razvoju in samopodobi. Najbolj pa jih pri tem ovirajo družinske obveznosti in pomanjkanje časa. Velika večina anketirancev meni, da jim organizacija nudi dovolj možnosti za nadaljnje izobraževanje za delo, ki ga opravljajo.

Sekundarni povzetek: Nowadays the tempo of life is rapidly increasing because of new technologies, knowledge and products. If we want to know how to use them, we need to educate. Some people perceive education as a new challenge others see it as a burden which they will never overcome. It is therefore crucial to motivate people so that they are encouraged to study and upgrade their knowledge as the only way to truly succeed in their work. For the diploma thesis entitled "Motivation for education in organization x", I decided since I was at the time of my study employed in this organization. In addition, I had the opportunity to daily see how employees participate in various workshops, seminars and other forms of education. The main focus of the diploma thesis is on the: (i) importance of the motivation, (ii) what motivation in relation to education means to the employees, (iii) how motivation impact them, (iv) how much time and energy are they ready to invest in additional education and (v) what are the motives that encourage or discourage them regarding additional education. The diploma thesis is divided into theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part the concepts of motivation and education are presented. In the practical part we can find a questionnaire together with an analysis that was conducted among the employees. At the end of the thesis the possibilities for an improvement in the education are presented. The research was conducted on a basis of a questionnaire that was distributed among employees. The questionnaire was anonymous. The findings based on the results show that employees have a very positive attitude towards education. In most cases, employees are willing to educate any time, even in their spare time. It is also important that employees are aware that additional skills are required and are willing to include themselves in any form of education in order to upgrade their skills. On the basis of the sample we try to determine the employees' structure in Banka Slovenije by gender, age, qualifications and years of service. We found out that that: (i) the number of women employees is a bit higher in the entire population, (ii) the population is relatively young - most employees are aged between 20 and 45 years, (iii) most of them have a higher level of education and up to 5 years of working experiences. The survey results show that most employees are motivated by the idea of their own intellectual development and self-esteem. Most of them find themselves hampered by family obligations and lack of time. The vast majority of respondents feel that their organization offers ample opportunity for further education in the area of work they do.
