Abstract

Magistrsko delo prikazuje proces razvoja kadrov v podjetju Genis d. o. o., in je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in praktičnega dela. V teoretičnem delu najprej predstavimo elemente sistema razvoja kadrov. Predstavimo postopke načrtovanja, pridobivanja, izbiranja in uvajanja novih kadrov, nagrajevanja, napredovanja in razvoj karier ter skrb za razvoj kadrov. V nadaljevanju predstavimo teoretična izhodišča s področja izobraževanja, izpopolnjevanja in usposabljanja kadrov. V tem poglavju opisujemo ugotavljanje izobraževalni potreb, načrtovanje, programiranje, organizacijo in izvedbo, spremljanje in vrednotenje ter ekonomiko izobraževanja. Nadalje predstavimo spremljanje delovne uspešnosti, kjer predstavimo vpliv motivacije na delovno uspešnost in ugotavljanje delovne uspešnosti. V zadnjem delu teoretičnega dela predstavimo temeljne značilnosti rednih letnih razgovorov. Praktični del obsega raziskavo razvoja kadrov v podjetju Genis d. o. o., kjer smo za zbiranje podatkov uporabili tehniko ankete. Namen raziskave je bil proučiti določene elemente sistema razvoja kadrov na področju izobraževanja, izpopolnjevanja in usposabljanja, možnosti napredovanja in osebnega razvoja, ocenjevanja delovne uspešnosti ter zadovoljstva zaposlenih. Na osnovi ugotovljenih pomanjkljivosti podamo predloge za uspešnejše izvajanje dejavnosti razvoja zaposlenih.

Secondary abstract: The master's thesis presents the human resources development process in the company Genis d. o. o., and consists of the theoretical and practical part. In the theoretical part we first present elements of the human resources development system. We present the processes of planning, acquisition, selection and introduction of new human resources, rewarding, promotion, career development and taking care for the development of the personnel. In continuation we present theoretical origins from the fields of education, improving and training of the personnel. In this chapter we describe the assessment of educational needs, planning, programming, the organization and execution, monitoring, assessment and the economics of education. Then we present monitoring of work performance, where we present the impact of motivation on work performance and the assessment of work performance. At the end of the theoretical part we present characteristics of regular annual interviews. The practical part consists of a research of human resources development in the company Genis d. o. o., where we gained data with the help of a survey. The purpose of the research was to study certain elements of the human resources development system in the field of education, improvement and training, promotion possibilities, personal development, work performance assessment and employee satisfaction. Based on the found deficiencies we provide suggestions for more successful performance of the development of the personnel.
