diplomsko delo visokošolskega strokovnega študija Organizacija in management kadrovskih in izobraževalnih procesov
Abstract
Ker se danes delovni pogoji in narava dela spreminjajo hitreje kot kdajkoli prej, in ker je ritem življenja vse hitrejši, lahko rečemo, da živimo v dobi stresa. Obvladovanje stresa v vsakdanjem življenju je za vsakodnevno normalno delovanje nujen pogoj. Stres sestavlja vzorec kamenodobnih reakcij, ki so v preteklosti ljudem pomagale preživeti, v sedanjosti pa je pojavnost negativnega stresa tako velika, da negativno vpliva na posameznika, poslovanje podjetja in na družbo v celoti. Večina vzrokov za stres izhaja iz delovnega okolja in so posledica delovnih obremenitev, delovnih razmer, prekomernega dela, medsebojnih odnosov in sprememb v organizaciji.
Naš namen je podrobneje raziskati pojavne oblike stresa in njegovo naravo, posledice na posameznika in organizacijo, ter predstaviti nekaj načinov kako ga premagati.
Stres bomo predstavili ne le kot problem posameznika, ampak tudi kot organizacijski problem.
Z anketo bomo ugotavljali ali je med zaposlenimi v podjetju X na splošno prisoten stres na delovnem mestu, predvsem pa ali občutijo pomanjkanje komunikacije z nadrejenimi.

Today´s working conditions and nature of work are changing faster then ever before, and because the pace of life is becoming faster, we can say that we live in an age of stress. Dealing with stress in everyday life is essential for normal functioning. Stress consist of a reaction pattern which evolved in Stone Age to help people survive in the past, but today the appearence of negative stress is so great that negatively affects an individual, business and society as a whole. Most causes of stress arise from work environment and the result of overworking, working conditions, excessive work, relationships and changes in the organization.
Our aim is to further explore the manifestations of stress and its nature, consequences inflicted on an individual and the organization, and show some ways how to overcome stress. Stress will be presented not only as an individual problem, but also as an organizational problem.
With the help of the survey we will determine whether the employees in company X are generally put under stress at they´re workplace, in particular if they feel a lack of communication with they´re superiors. |
