Abstract
Diplomska naloga zajema prometno in kapacitetno analizo izbranega križišča v Pivki. Gre za križišče, ki je preobremenjeno predvsem v času poletne turistične sezone in nekoliko nenavadno postavljeno, kar potrdi tudi prometna analiza. V okviru diplomske naloge se izvede dvodnevno štetje prometa, ki služi kot temelj za pridobitev vhodnih podatkov za kasnejšo kapacitetno analizo s programom Sidra Intersection. Analizira se tudi avtomatske števce prometa, ki se nahajajo v vplivnem območju, s pomočjo katerih se določi predvidena rast prometa v naslednjih 20ih letih. Opravi se kapacitetna analiza obstoječega stanja in predlaga štiri variante rešitve problematike, ki se jih v samem zaključku diplomske naloge analizira in ovrednoti.

Secondary abstract: |
The graduation thesis covers the traffic and capacity analysis on the selected intersection in Pivka. It is regarding an intersection that is congested especially during the summer tourist season and is somewhat oddly positioned, which is later confirmed by the traffic analysis. As part of the thesis, a two-day traffic count is carried out, which serves as the basis for obtaining input data for later capacity analysis with Sidra Intersection program. Automatic traffic counters located in the area are also analysed, with the help of which traffic growth in the next 20 years is determined. A capacity analysis of the existing situation is carried out and four variants of solutions to the problem are proposed, which are analysed and evaluated at the very end of the thesis. |
