Abstract
V magistrski nalogi bo predstavljeno načrtovanje električnega načrta in izdelava programskega algoritma, namenjenega strojnemu posnemanju robov keramičnih palčk EGO. Predlog za magistrsko nalogo je nastal v oddelku za elektroniko v podjetju ETI Elektroelement, d. o. o. Stroj je krmiljen s programirnim krmilnikom PLK Siemens S7-1214. Ta skrbi, da se programski algoritem nemoteno izvaja, s tem pa se opravlja brušenje keramičnih palčk. Vsi delovni procesi, sporočila in napake, ki se pojavijo na stroju, pa so prikazani na HMI TP700-Comfort. Cilj magistrske naloge je postavitev stroja v proizvodnji, testirati njegovo delovanje in ga vključiti v proizvodni proces.

Secondary abstract: |
The master thesis will present the electrical design and development of a software algorithm for the EGO IV ceramic stick edge chamfering machine. The thesis was proposed in the Electronics Department of ETI Elektroelement d.o.o. The machine is controlled by a Siemens S7-1214 PLC, which executes the software algorithm and carries out the stick edge chamfering process. All work processes, messages, and errors that occur during the machine’s operation are displayed on the HMI TP700-Comfort display. The scope of the master thesis is the EGO IV machine’s setup, performance testing, and production startup. |
