Abstract

V prispevku je predstavljena metoda razvoja funkcij kakovosti, ki se uporablja pri procesu načrtovanja razvoja izdelka ali storitve. Opisan in razložen je osnovni diagram metode, imenovan hiša kakovosti. V njem so dokumentirane zahteve kupca in njihova pomembnost; tehnične značilnosti izdelka in njihove povezave z zahtevami kupca; medsebojne odvisnosti tehničnih značilnosti; primerjalne ocene izpolnjevanja kupčevih zahtev ter tehničnih značilnosti preučevanega in konkurenčnih izdelkov. V nadaljevanju je postopno prikazan celoten postopek prevajanja kupčevih želja in potreb v tehnične značilnosti izdelka. Podrobno je opisana odvisnost kupčevega zadovoljstva od stopnje izpolnjevanja njegovih potreb. Predstavljena je tudi možnost uvajanja metode razvoja funkcij kakovosti v prakso in prednosti, ki jih njena uporaba prinese.

Secondary abstract: In the article the method of quality functions deployment is described. The method is used in the process of developing a new product or service. The basic chart named "House of Quality" is described and explained. There are documented customers requirements and their importance; technical characteristics of the product and their relationships with customer requirements; correlations between technical characteristics; competitive benchmarking of fulfilling the customer's requirements and competitive benchmarking of technical characteristics of studied product and its competitors. The whole procedure of translating the customer requirements and needs into technical characteristics of product is presented step by step. The dependence of customer satisfaction upon on degree of achieving his satisfaction is described in details. Possibility of introducing the method of quality functions deployment in practice and benefits with using it is also presented.
