Abstract

V zadnjem delu poročila smo preučili razloge in organizaciji podali svetovalno mnenje.

Secondary abstract: In this diploma thesis, we obtained data on the turnover rate based on the data obtained from the HR Information System of the University Medical Centre Ljubljana. We analysed the data covering turnover between 2015 and 2020. We found out that the turnover rate is high and represents a major problem in the organisation. This also results in a high absenteeism rate. We also found the reasons that we believe lead to turnover through a survey of employees. As a result of unreplaced staff leaving the organisation, the work is distributed among the remaining staff, which also leads to medical absenteeism among the employees, and thus the organisation has been understaffed for some time. In the last part of the report we examined the reasons and gave an advisory opinion to the organisation.
