Mateja Orthaber (Author), Marija Ropič (Mentor)

Abstract

Secondary title: SLOVENIAN AND SPANISH MOTHER TONGUE CURRICULA COMPARISON
Secondary abstract: In my diploma work I compare similarities and differences among the curriculum for the Slovenian language of the eight-year primary school in 1983, the curriculum for the nine-year primary school in 2002 and the reformed curriculum for the Slovenian language of the nine-year primary school which is starting to gain ground in the current primary school system. In the second part of my diploma work I present the reform of the Spanish school system, the contemporary Spanish education, the curriculum of mother tongue in Spain and the study of class teaching at the University Camilo Jose Cela in Madrid. The empiric part presents the comparison of mastering various skills, knowledge and opinions among the Spanish and Slovenian students of the class teaching which has been researched and analysed in a survey. The results show the obvious differences. The students' education level depends on the quality of study.
