Abstract

V diplomskem delu z naslovom Vloga gibalnih dejavnosti v vrtcu pri razvoju motorične učinkovitosti 4-6 let starih otrok je v sklopu teoretičnega dela predstavljen gibalni razvoj predšolskega otroka z opisanimi stopnjami in njegovimi dejavniki. V nadaljevanju je opisana tudi gibalna učinkovitost ter vloga gibalnih dejavnosti, ki nanjo vplivajo. V empiričnem delu smo z uporabo baterije testov MOT 4-6, izvedli pedagoški eksperiment in spremljali motorično učinkovitost predšolskih otrok, v obdobju petih mesecev. Ne slučajnostni vzorec iz konkretne populacije otrok so predstavljali otroci dveh skupin vrtca Krško. Razdeljeni so bili v eksperimentalno in kontrolno skupino. Obe skupini smo testirali dvakrat, in sicer ob začetku in koncu raziskave ter za eksperimentalno skupino med testiranjema izvajali dodatno gibalno zaposlitev. Namen pedagoškega eksperimenta je raziskati vlogo načrtovanih gibalnih dejavnosti pri motorični učinkovitosti. Raziskava je sledila zastavljenemu cilju, ugotoviti, ali obstaja pomembna razlika v gibalni učinkovitosti otrok z dodatno gibalno zaposlitvijo in tistimi, ki vanjo niso bili vključeni. Na podlagi pridobljenih rezultatov smo s pomočjo t-testa za odvisne vzorce ugotovili, da sta v motorični učinkovitosti med inicialnim in finalnim testiranjem napredovali tako kontrolna kot tudi eksperimentalna skupina. S pomočjo raziskave smo ugotovili, da dodatna gibalna zaposlitev pozitivno vpliva na motorično učinkovitost, saj so otroci eksperimentalne skupine po finalnem testiranju v povprečju dosegali boljše rezultate v motorični učinkovitosti.

Secondary abstract: In the theoretical part of the thesis, entitled The role of motor activities in kindergarten in the development of motor performance in 4-6 year-old children, we first present the motor development of the preschool children, its stages, determinants and factors, and then continue with the description of motor performance and the role of motor activities in child development. In the empirical part, using a battery of MOT 4-6 tests, a pedagogical experiment was carried out to monitor the motor performance of preschool children over a period of five months. The non-randomised sample from a specific population of children consisted of children from two groups of kindergarten Krško. They were divided into an experimental and a control group. Both groups were tested twice, at the beginning and at the end of the study, in addition to that the experimental group was given additional physical activity between the two tests. The aim of the experiment was to investigate the role of planned movement activities in motor performance. The aim of the study was to determine whether there was a significant difference in motor performance between children who received additional motor activity and those who did not. Based on the results obtained, we used a t-test for dependent samples to find that both the control and the experimental group progressed in motor performance between the initial and final testing. The study also found that additional physical activity had a positive effect on motor performance, with children in the experimental group performing better on average in motor performance after the final testing.
