diplomsko delo

Abstract

V prvem delu diplomskega dela najprej definiram psihosocialna tveganja, predstavim katere vrste psihosocialnih tveganj poznamo in kakšne so njihove posledice.

Secondary title: Psychosocial risks in centres of social work in Slovenia
Secondary abstract: Employees at social work centers in Slovenia face a large number of psychosocial risks in performing their work. For long-term and successful job performance, it is important for them to first take care of themselves and their health, as they can only do their work well and interact with users smoothly in this way. Therefore, it is necessary to address and be able to cope with psychosocial risks in the workplace. In the first part of the thesis, I first define psychosocial risks, present the types of psychosocial risks that are known and what their consequences are. Then I present the wider (European) and Slovenian legal framework that relates to reducing psychosocial risks in the workplace. Finally, I describe social work centers in Slovenia, their purpose, organizational and operational methods, how the wider societal context affects their operation, and the different educational profiles of those employed at social work centers. The second part refers to the quantitative research, where, based on data analysis, I found that the most frequently experienced factor of psychosocial risks at social work centers in Slovenia is "too many workloads or too short deadlines for completing tasks", that employees who were trained in the programs of social worker experience more psychosocial risks than those who were not, and that there is no statistically significant difference in the number of psychosocial risks experienced between employees in areas that are more often in contact with users and employees in other areas of work.
