Abstract

Namen diplomskega dela je seznaniti športno stroko o smislu in pomenu pridobivanja mišične mase v nogometu. Ta športna panoga je izredno kompleksna in zahteva vrhunsko tehnično, taktično in kondicijsko pripravo. Nogometna stroka posveča znotraj kondicijske priprave veliko pozornosti vadbi moči, a v večini primerov se zanemari vadba za pridobivanje mišične mase. V diplomskem delu je predstavljena obširna tematika s področja pridobivanja mišične mase, podkrepljena s primeri vadbenih enot. V uvodnem delu je predstavljena kondicijska priprava nogometaša, ki vključuje vrste kondicijske priprave, psihomotorične ter funkcionalne sposobnosti. V glavnem delu je podrobno predstavljena moč, pridobivanje mišične mase nasploh, pridobivanje mišične mase v nogometu, prehrana, ki spodbuja pridobivanje mišične mase in regeneracija. Omenjene so tudi metode za razvoj moči in možnosti testiranja moči. V razpravi so predstavljeni primeri vadbenih enot, podkrepljeni s slikovnim gradivom ter smernicami za razvoj moči in mišične mase.

Secondary title: The meaning and importance of muscle hypertrophy for football players
Secondary abstract: The objective of my diploma is to educate the sport profession about the meaning and importance of muscle hypertrophy in football. This sport is very complex and demands top technical, tactical and physical preparation. The football profession pays a lot of attention to increasing strength, but ignores exercises which would increase muscle hypertrophy. My diploma is about muscle hypertrophy and includes many examples of possible training units. In the introduction the physical preparation of a footballer is presented. It includes various kinds of physical preparation, motoric functions and functional abilities. In the main part the strength, muscle hypertrophy in general and muscle hypertrophy in football, diet stimulating muscle hypertrophy and regeneration are presented. Methods for strength increase and various possibilities of strength testing are mentioned and presented. In the dissertation examples of training units are presented. Some pictures are added. Some guidelines to increase strength and muscle hypertrophy are also presented.
