Abstract

Motorični park vključuje pet področij treninga: koordinacijo, moč, hitrost, vzdržljivost, ravnotežje, natančnost in gibljivost.

Secondary title: Motor skills park for promotion of children's motor development
Secondary abstract: The purpose of the master's thesis was to present the impact of a motor park on children's motor skills and to analyze motor parks in Europe and Slovenia. Considering that an attractive and modern park should set new standards in both quality and quantity and trigger appropriate multidimensional adaptations among users, which a motor park certainly does, we have prepared a suggestion for a motor park, the main concept of which is to stimulate children and adolescents' physical activity, physical and mental well-being, satisfaction, awareness of exercise and the importance of an active lifestyle for health, by providing them with various exercise equipment and stations. It is a stimulating exercise environment, to encourage motor and sport-specific locomotor skills. The motor park includes five areas of training: coordination, strength, speed, endurance, balance, accuracy, and agility. Since each user can adapt the way they exercise, it is designed for all ages and interests. One of the main purposes of the motor park is to train individuals through sporting activity to observe and explore the nature and cultural heritage of the place where the activity takes place, and therefore, in the awareness of our responsibility for sustainable development, we have paid special attention to the sustainable aspect of the motor park as an environment of education for sustainable development. The above points to the many benefits that such a park brings to our lives and the lives of future generations.
