Abstract

V diplomskem delu sem preučila odnos do ustvarjalnosti, razvijanja idej, ustvarjalnega razmišljanja, vzpostavljanja ustvarjalnega okolja in podpore ustvarjalnih posameznikov.

Secondary title: ENCOURAGING CREATIVE LEARNING AND TEACHING
Secondary abstract: In this thesis I have studied the attitude to creativity, developing ideas, creative thinking and supporting creative individuals. I have also studied the relationship among creativity, intelligence, education and teachers. Nowadays schools are introducing different methods, ways and systems in order to make lessons more interesting, different, creative and open to variations as well as adaptable to modern times. The role of a modern teacher is not only to educate but also to encourage the creativity of children and also to enable them to discover their potentials. In addition, he helps them to express their imagination, and function normally even in unpredictable situations. When a child looses the contact with his own creativity, he is unable to face his daily problems, pressures, challenges, etc. The empirical part of this thesis is based on the results of the questionnaire for teachers teaching pupils in the first four classes in primary school. The questions define creativity and teachers work connected with creativity in education.
