Abstract

V diplomskem delu Zdrav način življenja in voda proučujemo pomen zdravega načina življenja in pomembnost pitja vode med osnovnošolci in njihovimi starši. Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu smo podrobneje predstavili življenjski slog ljudi, prehrano in vodo kot najpomembnejšo naravno dobrino za življenje. V empiričnem delu je predstavljena analiza raziskave med učenci osnovne šole v okolici Maribora in njihovimi starši, kjer smo preverjali odnos do zdravega načina življenja, vode in drugih pijač, izbor pijač ob različnih priložnostih in znanje o zdravem načinu življenja, vodi in drugih pijačah. Anketirani učenci in njihovi starši so dobro osveščeni o zdravem načinu življenja, pitju vode in drugih zdravih pijač ter dajejo vodi kot najpomembnejši vrednoti za zdravje zelo velik in poglavitni pomen. Ugotovljene so bile statistično značilne razlike med učenci in njihovimi starši glede na spol. Statistično značilne razlike so opazne pri vprašanjih, ki se nanašajo na prinašanje pijače anketiranih učencev v šolo, pri mnenju o zdravih in škodljivih pijačah anketiranih učencev, pri izbiri pijač v šoli v času malice in doma pri kosilu ali po njem anketiranih učencev in pri osveščenosti glede izbire zdravih pijač anketiranih staršev.

Secondary abstract: In this diploma work titeld The Healthy Lifestye and the Water, we examine the meaning of a healthy lifestyle and the importance of water consumption among primary school students and their parents. This paper is comprised of a theoretical and an empirical section. The theoretical part provides a detailed analysis of pepole's lifestyles and presents nutrition and water as the most important natural resource for life. In the empirical section, an analysis of a study conducted using students at the primary school in the neighbourhood of Maribor and their parents is presented, in which we examined attitudes toward healthy lifestyles, water and other beverages, the choice of beverages in various situations, and level of knowledge about healthy living, water and other beverages.The students and their parents who filled in our quetionnaire showed that they are well informed about the healthy lifestyle, drinking enough water and other beverages which are fit for healthy hunam consumption. They treat the water as the most important liquid for the good health. The statistics that was made shows the normal differences in drinking habits of the students and their parents regording to the sex. Detailed statistical analysis shows the differences in bringing beverages to the school, in making choice of healthy beverages when having lunch at the school or having the supper with the family at home.
