Abstract

V diplomskem delu je opravljen inšpekcijski pregled in analiza križišča v Rožni Dolini pri Novi Gorici. V prvem delu bomo analizirali obstoječe stanje prometnih obremenitev in podatkov prometnih nesreč. V nadaljevanju bomo predstavili rezultate terenskega ogleda in preveritev tehnične ustreznosti križišča. S pridobljenimi podatki bomo preverili kapacitetno zmogljivost križišča s pomočjo programskega orodja. Iz rezultatov kapacitetne analize bomo pojasnili problematiko obstoječega stanja. V drugem delu bomo predstavili kratkoročne in dolgoročne ukrepe za izboljšanje varnosti in pretočnosti križišča. V zaključku bomo rezultate dodatno ovrednotili in podali mnenje.

Secondary abstract: In graduation thesis, an inspection and analysis of the intersection in Rožna Dolina near Nova Gorica is carried out. In the first part, we will analyse the current state of traffic congestion and accident data. In the next part we will present the results of the field visit and the technical validation of the junction. The data will be used to check the capacity of the junction using a software tool. The results of the capacity analysis will be used to clarify the problems of the status quo. In the secon part, we will present shortand long-term measures to improve the safety and flow of the junction. Finally, we will further evaluate the results and give our opinion.
