Abstract

Magistrsko delo je razdeljeno na teoretični in empirični del. Teoretični del obravnava teoretično podlago s področja nadarjenosti, ki je lahko specifična ali pa splošna, ter razvojne modele nadarjenosti, razvite v okviru raziskovanja talenta in nadarjenosti. Med njimi izstopata Gagnéjev model nadarjenosti in Münchenski model, ki sta v pričujočem magistrskem delu podrobneje predstavljena. Nadalje se teoretični del osredotoča še na prepoznavanje posebnih sposobnosti, tipe nadarjenosti in notranje ter zunanje dejavnike razvoja talenta. Namen raziskave v okviru magistrskega dela, v kateri je sodelovalo 240 oseb, je bil preučiti vpliv dejavnikov razvoja glasbenega talenta v obdobju od 6. do 10. leta starosti. V ta namen smo na podlagi preučene literature oblikovali anketni vprašalnik, ki smo ga razposlali med člane narodnozabavnih glasbenih zasedb iz celotne Slovenije. Z uporabo 7-stopenjske lestvice smo preučevali vpliv notranjih in zunanjih dejavnikov na razvoj glasbenega talenta in preverjali, ali obstajajo statistično pomembne razlike glede na spol, starost, doseženo stopnjo glasbene izobrazbe ter predajanje glasbenega znanja v obdobju med 6. do 10. letom starosti. Glede na starost in dejstvo, ali posameznik predaja glasbeno znanje dalje ali ne, statistično pomembnih razlik v vplivu dejavnikov razvoja glasbenega talenta z našo raziskavo nismo ugotovili. Obstajajo pa statistično pomembne razlike pri dejavnikih razvoja glasbenega talenta glede na stopnjo dosežene izobrazbe in glede na spol.

Secondary title: Development factors of musical talent in the field of national-entertainment music
Secondary abstract: The master's thesis is divided into a theoretical and a empirical part. The theoretical part deals with the theoretical basis in the field of talent, which can be specific or general, the talent development models, developed in the context of talent and talent research. Among them, Gagné's talent model and the Münich model stand out, which are presented in more detail in this master's thesis. Furthermore, the theoretical part focuses on the recognition of special abilities, types of talent and internal and external factors of talent development. The purpose of the master's thesis research, in which 240 people participated, was to examine the influence of factors in the development of musical talent in the period from 6 to 10 years of age. For this purpose, based on the reviewed literature, we created a survey questionnaire, which we sent out to members of The influence development factors of musical talent of musicians in the field of national-entertainment music bands from all over Slovenia. By using a 7-point scale, we studied the influence of internal and external factors on the development of musical talent and checked whether there are statistically significant differences according to gender, age, level of musical education and teaching of musical knowledge in the period between 6 and 10 years of age. Considering the age and the fact whether the individual passes on the musical knowledge or not, our research did not find any statistically significant differences in the influence of factors of development of musical talent. However, there are statistically significant differences in the factors of the development of musical talent according to the level of education achieved and according to gender.
