Abstract

Secondary abstract: In master thesis we describe adaptive barrier function sliding mode control. With adaptive control we tried to reduce or completely eliminate chattering at the output of the controller, which is the biggest problem of sliding mode controllers. First, we implemented adaptive position control with SMC and STA controllers, where we managed to completely remove the chattering effect. Then we implemented adaptive speed control using the SMC controller, where we managed to reduce the amplitude of the chattering.
