Abstract

Za dobro opravljanje dela je ključnega pomena zadovoljstvo zaposlenih pri delu, saj le to vpliva na zaposlene same, medsebojne odnose in učinkovitost opravljanja dela. V primeru nezadovoljstva bo to sčasoma vplivalo na posameznikovo opravljanje dela. Diplomsko delo je sestavljeno iz dveh delov. Prvi, teoretični del zajema opredelitev pojma zadovoljstvo zaposlenih, predstavljeni so vpliv vodje na zadovoljstvo in ključni dejavniki zadovoljstva. Opisali smo naslednje dejavnike: plačilo, nagrajevanje, napredovanje, možnost izobraževanja, delovni izzivi in medsebojni odnosi. Ti so: fluktuacija, absentizem in prezentizem.

Secondary title: Employee job satisfaction in the kindergarten at the žiri primary school
Secondary abstract: Employee job satisfaction is crucial for good job performance, as it influences employees themselves, their relationships with each other and the effectiveness of their work. If dissatisfaction occurs, it will eventually affect the individual's job performance. The thesis consists of two parts. The first, theoretical part covers the definition of employee satisfaction, the manager's influence on satisfaction and the key drivers of satisfaction. The following factors are described: pay, rewards, promotion, training opportunities, work challenges and interpersonal relationships. We have also identified employee dissatisfaction and the most common factors that can lead to it. These are: employee turnover, absenteeism and presenteeism. In the empirical part we wanted to find out more about the satisfaction of the employees in kindergarten Žiri. To collect the data, we used an anonymous questionnaire which was distributed to the employees by the head of the unit. The results of the survey showed that the manager has the greatest influence on employee satisfaction by implementing the employees' own ideas. In addition, the greatest job satisfaction is provided by good mutual relations with colleagues. The greatest dissatisfaction, however, is caused by the working conditions, that include the psychological part of work. According to the answers, the greatest influence on employee satisfaction would be the recognition of their efforts. The data obtained can help the kindergarten to assess their impact on employee satisfaction.
