Abstract

Proces oblikovanja vizije šole temelji na ugotavljanju potreb učencev, staršev, šolskega okolja in zaposlenih, prepoznavanju težav in problemov, morebitnih konfliktov, uspehov in dobrih plati svojega dela ter drugih značilnosti življenja v šoli. Pomembno je, da so v proces nabora in oblikovanja vrednot aktivno vključeni vsi, ki sooblikujejo delovanje šolske institucije. V osnovni šoli so to ravnatelj, strokovni delavci, učenci, starši in svet šole. Skupno oblikovanje nabora vrednot in strinjanje ugotovljenih skupnih vrednot je namreč osnova dobrega sodelovanja in medsebojnega zaupanja. Ugotovljene skupne vrednote so temelj načrtovanja šolske ustanove in izhodišče nadaljnjega načrtovanja vzgojnega dela šole. Tako je oblikovanje vizije osnovne šole eno izmed ključnih področij načrtovanja, kjer morajo biti cilji šole skladni z njenimi vrednotami in njene vrednote morajo biti skladne z njenimi cilji. Osnovna šola lahko le z oblikovano vizijo dobro opravlja svojo izobraževalno in vzgojno funkcijo.

Secondary title: Forming a vision for primary schools from the view point of values
Secondary abstract: The process of creating a school's vision is based upon the needs of pupils, parents, the surroundings and the employees, identifying problems and issues, possible conflicts, successes and the good sides of one's work as well as other characteristics of school life. It is of immense importance that everyone, who co-creates the working of the school institution, participates in this process of finding and creating values actively. At primary school these are the principal, the competent workers, pupils, parents, and the School Board. Finding and gathering those common values is the basis of cooperation and interpersonal confidence. The common values present the basis of planning the school institution and of planning further educational work at school. Therefore, creating the vision of a primary school is one of the essential points in the area of planning; the aims have to correspond to the values, as well as the values have to correspond to the aims of the school. A primary school can perform its educational function only with the help of a school vision.
