Abstract

Secondary title: Motivation for education at company harvest metallis, trade and mediation, d. o. o.
Secondary abstract: In the bachelor’s thesis, we discussed the motivation for education in the company Harvest Metallis, trade and brokerage d.o.o. As the main method, we used an online anonymous survey that we sent to the employees of this company. We found out how motivated they are for education and what motivates them the most. 22 of them answered the survey correctly. The results showed that better information and greater success at work are the factors that motivate them the most for additional education. There are also other motives, such as license renewal, improvement of career opportunities, easier work, etc. but the least important motives are bonuses. Most of them are limited to their health condition or inadequate location and are then unable to participate in education. They are most interested in practical workshops, seminars, and general education outside the company. We hope that these results will help them progress and further improve their education and reduce barriers to a minimum.
