Abstract
Stres lahko razumemo, kot odziv telesa na dražljaje okolja. Odrasli in otroci so vsakodnevno obdani z dejavniki, ki jim povzročajo stres. Stres se pri otrocih odraža drugače kot pri odraslih. Otroci, zlasti mlajši, velikokrat niti ne vedo, kaj beseda stres pomeni. V teoretičnem delu magistrskega dela smo predstavili, kaj je stres. Poglobili smo se v to, kaj pri otrocih povzroča stres in kateri so dejavniki stresa. Ker imajo starši in učitelji pomembno vlogo pri zaznavanju stresa otrok, smo prav tako raziskali teoretično ozadje zaznavanja stresa s strani staršev in učiteljev. Hkrati pa smo predstavili nekaj napotkov za uravnavanje in premagovanje stresa pri otrocih. V empiričnem delu smo s pomočjo anketnega vprašalnika ugotavljali stališča staršev in učiteljev glede prisotnosti stresa pri otrocih prve in druge triade osnovne šole. Ugotovili smo, da večina staršev in učiteljev meni, da otroci včasih doživljajo stres in da ga doživljajo v enaki meri kot odrasli. Starši in učitelji navajajo vedenjske znake kot najpogostejše znake stresa pri otrocih. Glavni razlog stresa pri učencih pa bi naj bila šola. Največ stresa pa otroci doživljajo ob zaključku 1. ocenjevalnega obdobja. Otroke je težko zaščititi pred stresom, lahko pa se poskušamo z njimi veliko pogovarjati.

Secondary abstract: |
Stress can be understood as the body's response to environmental stimuli. Both adults and children are exposed to factors that cause stress on a daily basis. Stress manifests differently in children compared to adults. Children, especially younger ones, often don't even know what the word "stress" means. In the theoretical part of our master's thesis, we presented what stress is. We delved into what causes stress in children and identified the factors of stress. Since parents and teachers play an important role in perceiving children's stress, we also explored the theoretical background of stress perception from the perspective of parents and teachers. Additionally, we provided some guidelines for managing and coping with stress in children. In the empirical part, we used a questionnaire to determine the perspectives of parents and teachers regarding the presence of stress in children of the first and second triad of primary school. We found that the majority of parents and teachers believe that children sometimes experience stress and that they experience it to the same extent as adults. Parents and teachers mentioned behavioral signs as the most common indicators of stress in children. The main reason for stress was found to be school, and children experience the most stress at the end of the first evaluation period. While it's challenging to protect children from stress, we can try to have frequent conversations with them. |
