Abstract

V diplomskem delu z naslovom "Motorične kompetence 4-6 let starih otrok v programu vrtca montessori" je v teoretičnem delu naloge predstavljen gibalni razvoj predšolskega otroka, njegove faze, stopnje ter dejavniki, gibalne sposobnosti in motorične kompetence predšolskih otrok. Predstavljen je tudi vrtec Marie Montessori, pedagogika montessori in področje gibanja v pedagogiki montessori. V empiričnem delu je bilo na neslučajnostnem vzorcu iz konkretne populacije otrok vrtca Hiša otrok - vrtec Montessori v Mariboru z baterijo testov MOT 4-6 ugotovljeno, da imajo najboljšo motorično kompetenco otroci v starosti med 4 leti in 6 meseci ter 4 leti in 11 meseci - razlika med starostnimi skupinami je statistično značilna razlika (p<0,05). Ugotovljeno je bilo tudi, da imajo boljšo motorično kompetenco dečki - razlika med spoloma ni statistično značilna (p>0,05).

Secondary abstract: In the diploma thesis entitled "Motor competences of 4-6-year-old children in a Montessori preschool programm", the theoretical part of the thesis presents the movement development of the preschool child, its phases, levels and factors, movement skills, and motor competences of preschool children. Maria Montessori's kindergarten, Montessori pedagogy and the field of movement in Montessori pedagogy are also presented. In the empirical part, the following was established on a non-random sample from the concrete population of children from the Hiša otrok - Montessori kindergarten in Maribor with a battery of MOT 4-6 tests: 1. children between the ages of 4 years, 6 months and 4 years, 11 months have the best motor competence - the difference between age groups is a statistically significant difference (p<0.05); boys have better motor competence - the difference between genders is not statistically significant (p>0.05).
