Abstract

V diplomskem delu je prikazana zasnova in izdelava dvižnega modula za avtonomni mobilni robot MiR100. Osrednji del zajema proces načrtovanja ohišja, dvižnega modula in zaklepnega modula v programskem paketu SolidWorks ter postopek izdelave. Prikazan je preračun sestavnih komponent in pogona. V zaključnih poglavjih diplomskega dela so prikazane ugotovitve, stroškovna analiza in dobljeni rezultati. V diplomskem delu smo uspešno realizirali vse zadane cilje, saj smo izdelali delujoč dvižni modul, ki je v skladu z varnostnimi predpisi in je primeren za logistično uporabo v proizvodnji.

Secondary abstract: The diploma thesis presents the design and implementation of a Lifting Module for an Autonomous Mobile Robot MiR100. The central part of the thesis includes the process of designing the Framework, Lifting Module and the Locking module using the software package SolidWorks, along with the implementation process. The thesis also covers the calculation of the components and the drive system. The concluding chapters of the thesis include a cost analysis and a review of results. We successfully realized all of our goals, because we designed and implemented a functional Lifting Module that complies with safety regulations and is suitable for logistic use in production.
