Abstract

V diplomski nalogi bom najprej predstavil problem, ter cilj same naloge. Nato bom predstavil teoretične osnove za boljšo razumevanje eksperimentalnega dela. Eksperimentalni del bo zajemal merjenje trdote vseh preizkušancev s pomočjo Vickersove metode pri kateri se bo ugotavljala trdota osnovnega materiala, navara ter mesto TVP področja. Nato bom na instrumentiranem Charpy udarnem kladivo izvedel preizkus udarne žilavosti ko material obremenimo iz mehkega področja (osnovni material) proti trdemu (navar). Prelome bom analiziral pod svetlobnim mikroskopom, ter jih nato primerjal z že storjenimi preizkusi in sicer ko je bil material obremenjen iz trdega področja proti mehkemu.

Secondary abstract: In the thesis, I will first present the problem and the goal of the task. Then, I will introduce the theoretical foundations for a better understanding of the experimental work. The experimental part will involve measuring the hardness of all test specimens using the Vickers method, where the hardness of the base material, weld, and the HAZ (Heat-Affected Zone) will be determined. Next, I will conduct a Charpy impact test on an instrumented impact hammer to assess the impact toughness of the material when loaded from the soft region (base material) to the hard region (weld). Fractures will be analyzed under a light microscope and then compared to previous tests, specifically when the material was loaded from the hard region to the soft region.
