Abstract

Diplomska naloga predstavlja raziskovanje mnenj študentov o uporabi umetne inteligence ChatGPT v študijskem procesu. Namen diplomske naloge je raziskati pomen in vlogo umetne inteligence tako v študijskem procesu, kot tudi v marketingu. Znanje smo želeli poglobiti z različnimi teorijami, mišljenji in predikcijami mnogih akademikov, predvsem tujih, kjer je morda proces sprejemanja tehnologije nekoliko hitrejši. V središče pozornosti nismo postavljali le koristi, prednosti in pozitivnih vplivov umetne inteligence ChatGPT na študijski proces in marketing. Prav tako smo se osredotočali na slabosti, nevarnosti in potencialne pasti na katere bi naj bili pozorni. Temelj diplomske naloge predstavlja bogat teoretični vzvod teorij in znanj, podkrepili pa smo ga tudi z realnimi rezultati anket študentov o njihovem mišljenju uporabe umetne inteligence ChatGPT tekom njihovega študijskega procesa.

Secondary abstract: The thesis presents an exploration of students' opinions on the use of ChatGPT artificial intelligence in the study process. The aim of this thesis is to explore the importance and role of artificial intelligence in the study process as well as in marketing. We wanted to deepen our knowledge with the different theories, thoughts and predictions of many academics, especially foreign ones, where the process of technology adoption may be a little faster. We have not only focused on the benefits, advantages and positive impacts of ChatGPT AI on the study process and marketing. We also focused on the weaknesses, dangers and potential pitfalls to look out for. The thesis is based on a rich theoretical leveraging of theories and knowledge, and supported by real results from surveys of students' perceptions of their use of ChatGPT AI during their studies.
