Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo obravnavali temo motivacija za izobraževanje v organizaciji X. Delo je sestavljeno iz dveh delov, in sicer teoretičnega in empiričnega dela. V teoretičnem delu smo predstavili motivacijo, motivacijske teorije in dejavnike ter izobraževanje. V empiričnem delu smo z anonimnim anketnim vprašalnikom raziskovali, kaj zaposlene motivira oziroma demotivira za dodatna izobraževanja, in ali organizacija svoje zaposlene redno pošilja na dodatna izobraževanja. Rezultati so pokazali, da zaposleni menijo, da so dodatna izobraževanja dovolj redna. Izkazalo se je, da so največji motivatorji za izobraževanje napredovanje, novo znanje in referenca. Najbolj zaposlene demotivira dolgočasnost izobraževanj. Ugotovili smo tudi, da zaposlenim bolj ustrezajo izobraževanja znotraj delovnega časa in da si najbolj želijo izobraževanj v obliki delavnic in na fizični lokaciji.

Secondary abstract: In the bachelor’s thesis, we discussed the motivation for education in the organization X. The thesis consist of two parts, the theoretical and empirical part. In the theoretical part we introduce the motivation, motivational theories and factors and education. In the empirical part we use anonymous survey to research what motivates and demotivates employees for additional education and if organization send their employees to the education regularly enough. The results showed, that employees think the organization send them to the education regularly enough. We found out that the biggest motivators for additionally education is promotion, new knowledge and reference. The biggest demotivator for employees is boredom. We found out too, that employees want education during work hours, in the form of workshops and on physical location.
