Abstract

V diplomskem delu smo na kratko predstavili uporabo SolidWorks CAD programskega paketa, kjer smo opisali in uporabili osnovne operacije za izdelavo 3D modela manipulatorja. Podrobno smo opisali načine spreminjanja komponent in različne postopke konfiguriranja sestavnih elementov, ki se vsakodnevno uporabljajo v industriji. V našem primeru smo konfigurirali podajalno enoto, kjer je bilo potrebno prilagajati dolžino standardnih elementov in obdelovancev. Preučili in izdelali smo več vrst konfiguracij ter podali smernice za uporabo posameznih konfiguracij, ki so najprijaznejše za uporabnika. Med drugim smo podali razliko med konfiguracijami in možnostmi njihove uporabe v industrijskem okolju. Na koncu smo vse omenjene možnosti konkretizirali na realnem primeru.

Secondary abstract: In the thesis, we briefly presented the use of the SolidWorks CAD software package, where we described and used the basic operations for creating a 3D model of the manipulator. We have described in details the methods of modifying components and the various procedures for configuring components that are daily used in the industry. In our case, we configured the feeding unit, where the adjustment of the length of standard elements and workpieces was necessary. We studied and created several types of configurations and provided guidelines for the use of individual configurations that are the most user-friendly. Among other, we present the difference between the configurations and the possibilities of their use in the industrial environment. At the end, we concretized all the mentioned configurations on a real example.
