Povzetek

V diplomski nalogi je opisan postopek avtomatizacije delovnega mesta za prelaganje palet. Podjetje, ki je sprožilo postopek avtomatiziranja, je bilo Gorenje d. o. o. PROGRAM PSA, saj hočejo čim bolj oziroma še bolj avtomatizirati proizvodnjo pralnih strojev. Pred avtomatizacijo je delavec na tem delovnem mestu privijačil nogice aparata na njegovo ohišje in nato nanj postavil paleto. Za tem delovnim mestom se aparat obrne tako, da sedaj stoji na tej paleti in se od tukaj naprej vozi po proizvodnji na tej paleti. Podjetje je tako izdalo povpraševanje po možni avtomatizaciji tega delovnega mesta. Diplomska naloga opisuje različne faze in postopke takšnega projekta: ponudbo s problemom, koncept, vizualizacijo stroja oziroma rešitve, dokončno delovanje, izdelavo elektro in strojnega načrta. Poudarek je na inženirskih zaključnih delih, kot so elektrifikacija stroja oziroma rešitve, programiranje PLK za napravo, testiranje, integracija rešitve v obstoječo proizvodnjo in na koncu še končni prevzem rešitve.

Sekundarni povzetek:	The diploma thesis describes the process of automation of the pallet loading workstation. The company that initiated the automation process was Gorenje d. o. o. PSA PROGRAM, because they want to further automate the production of washing machines. Before this automation, the worker at this workstation screwed the legs of the machines onto its body and then placed the pallet on top of the washing machine. After this station, the machine turns so that it stands on this pallet and from here on it travels through the production line on this pallet. The company has thus issued a request for the possible automation of this workstation. The diploma thesis describes the various phases and procedures of such project: offer with a problem, concept, visualization of the machine or. solutions, final operation of the automated system, electrical engineering and mechanical design. The emphasis is on engineering finishing works such as the electrification of the machine or solutions, PLC programming for the device, testing the device, integration of the solution into the existing production line and finally the final inspection of the solution.
