Abstract

V podjetju Roboteh d.o.o. se ukvarjajo z avtomatizacijo in robotizacijo najrazličnejših postopkov v industriji in drugih panogah. Dobili smo zahtevek, da se razvije in izdela robotska celica, ki zlaga lončke gnojila teže 1 kg v škatlo, ki jo mora predhodno zložiti robot, nato pa te škatle robot zloži na euro paleto. Ko smo dobili natančne zahteve s strani stranke, smo razvili koncept robotske celice, ki temelji na manipulaciji lončkov in škatel s samo enim robotom. Nato smo prejeli natančen 3D model lončka in škatle in tako smo lahko začeli s konstruiranjem elementov robotske celice. Modeliranje, simulacijo in izdelavo načrtov za izdelavo robotske celice smo izvedli s pomočjo programskega orodja SolidWorks. Sledila je izdelava in montaža robotske celice. Za varnost robotske celice smo poskrbeli z laserskim varnostnim skenerjem polja, ki smo ga namestili na steno prostora, kamor smo vgradili robotsko celico. Izvedli smo testiranje in ugotovili, da robotska celica deluje ustrezno in izpolnjuje vse naročnikove zahteve.

Secondary title: Robotic cell for packing fertilizer pots
Secondary abstract: At Roboteh Ltd., they specialise in the automation and robotisation of a variety of processes within the industrial and other sectors. They have received a request to develop and manufacture a robotic cell for arranging 1 kg fertiliser pots into boxes. The robotic cell is required to pre-assemble the boxes with robot and subsequently stack the filled boxes onto a euro pallet. Once we received precise specifications from the customer, we devised a concept for the robotic cell centred on the manipulation of pots and boxes using a single robot. We then received accurate 3D models of the container and box, enabling us to initiate the construction of the components of this robotic cell. The design, simulation, and planning for production of robotic cell were executed using the SolidWorks software tool. This was followed by the fabrication and assembly of the robotic cell. Safety of robotic cell were implemented via a laser safety field scanner, installed on the wall of the space in which the robotic cell was positioned. Comprehensive testing was conducted, affirming that the robotic cell operates correctly and satisfies all requirements stipulated by the customer.
