Abstract

Diplomsko delo obravnava pogled zaposlenih na organizacijsko klimo v podjetju ZEP Group. Cilj raziskave je bil analizirati organizacijsko klimo ter proučiti njeno povezavo z zadovoljstvom zaposlenih. V uvodnem delu diplomskega dela je predstavljena problematika, nato pa je podrobno opisana organizacijska klima (vrste, elementi, merjenje, dimenzije organizacijske klime ter razlika med organizacijsko klimo in organizacijsko kulturo). Da bi pridobili relevantne podatke za analizo, smo izvedli raziskavo v podjetju ZEP Group s pomočjo vprašalnika, ki so ga izpolnili zaposleni v podjetju. Rezultati raziskave so pokazali, da je povprečna ocena organizacijske klime v podjetju ZEP Group 5.48, pri čemer je dimenzija "notranje komuniciranje in informiranje" prejela najvišjo oceno: 5,88. Po drugi strani pa je bila najslabše ocenjena dimenzija "plača" s povprečno oceno: 5,11. Vprašalnik za merjenje zadovoljstva zaposlenih je prejel povprečno oceno: 5,52. Na podlagi rezultatov vprašalnika so bili podani predlogi za izboljšanje organizacijske klime in zadovoljstva zaposlenih v podjetju ZEP Group. Poudarjeni sta bili pomembnost ustreznega notranjega komuniciranja in informiranja ter potreba po prilagoditvah v zvezi s plačami zaposlenih, da bi spodbudili pozitivno organizacijsko klimo in povečali zadovoljstvo zaposlenih.

Secondary abstract: The thesis addresses the employees' perspective on the organizational climate within ZEP Group company. The research aim was to analyze the organizational climate and explore its connection with employee satisfaction. The introduction of the thesis presents the issue at hand, followed by a detailed description of the organizational climate, including its types, elements, measurement, dimensions of organizational climate, and differentiation between organizational climate and organizational culture. To gather relevant data for analysis, a survey was conducted within ZEP Group company, utilizing a questionnaire completed by its employees. Research findings revealed that the average rating of the organizational climate in ZEP Group is 5.48, with the dimension of "internal communication and information sharing" receiving the highest rating of 5.88. Conversely, the dimension of "salary" received the lowest rating with an average score of 5.11. The employee satisfaction measurement questionnaire received an average rating of 5.52. Based on the questionnaire results, suggestions were formulated to enhance the organizational climate and employee satisfaction within ZEP Group. Emphasis was placed on the significance of effective internal communication and information sharing, along with the necessity for adjustments concerning employee salaries to foster a positive organizational climate and elevate employee satisfaction.
