diplomsko delo
Abstract
Študenti si želijo spremembe v slovenskem sistemu študentskega dela predvsem na področjih višjega nadzora nad neplačniki, višje urne postavke in manjši obdavčitvi dohodka.
Cilj diplomskega dela je prikazati vsem vodstvenim strukturam, managerjem, zaposlenim in študentom, kako pomembno je zadovoljstvo za delovanje uspešne organizacije in kako študenta zadovoljiti pri opravljanju študentskega dela.

Analysis of student job satisfaction factors |
Secondary abstract: |
The subject of our analysis are primarily work organizations that include students in their work environment. Employee and student satisfaction is the most important pillar of any organization. It is therefore important that the organization measures, monitors and encourages employees and evaluates itself in this important area. Each individual is satisfied by other factors, so employers must be attentive and obedient if they want to make the organization secretive, successful and efficient. For such an organization, they must devote themselves to young people and look to their satisfaction. Employers must be aware that it is the students who will be the next ones to reach a higher position and make these creative organizations better and stronger.
In the diploma work, we want to analyse the factors that influence the satisfaction of students in doing student work and make suggestions for improvement. Based on research and a survey, we studied the subject in detail and identified the main causes of (dis)satisfaction. The results of the survey show that students are satisfied in organizations that perform student work, as this achieves their desire for independence. Student job satisfaction is driven by intangible factors such as communication and relationships with colleagues. Students want changes in the Slovenian student work system, especially in the area of higher control over non-payers, higher hourly settings and lower income taxation.
The aim of the thesis is to show all management structures, managers, employees, and students how important satisfaction is for the operation of a successful organization and how to make students satisfied while doing their student work. |
