Razumljivost v slovenski pravni normi

Abstract

Prispevek ponuja pregled pravnih predpisov RS, ki vsebujejo zahtevo po razumljivosti, in odpira nekatera vprašanja v zvezi s tem. Razumljivost je prikazana z dveh stališč, kot izbira jezika in kot izbira jezikovnih sredstev pri oblikovanju besedila. Jezikovnopolitično gledano so zahteve po razumljivosti nujne s stališča zagotavljanja dostopnosti javne komunikacije za najširši krog udeležencev.

Secondary abstract:	The article presents an overview of legal regulations in the Republic of Slovenia that include a formal request for comprehensibility, and poses certain relevant questions. Two aspects of comprehensibility are considered: the choice of language and the selection of the linguistic resources used to formulate a text. From a language policy point of view, the demand for comprehensibility is necessary to ensure that public communications are accessible to the largest possible number of stakeholders.
