Abstract

V diplomskem delu z naslovom Timske priprave v vrtcu smo obravnavali načrtovanje vzgojno-izobraževalnega dela v vrtcu in osnovni šoli, kjer smo se osredotočili na pomen sodelovanja strokovnih delavcev v timu. V teoretičnem delu smo posebno pozornost namenili Kurikulu za vrtce, načrtovanju kurikula in opredelili učni načrt ter značilnosti njegovega načrtovanja. Obravnavali smo ravni in vrste priprav vzgojno-izobraževalnega dela ter hkrati zajeli artikulacijo pouka. Dotaknili smo se makroartikulacije, mediartikulacije in mikroartikulacije. V zadnjem poglavju teoretičnega dela smo se posvetili obravnavi pouka ter njegovih nalog, funkcij, dejavnikov, strukture in načel. V empiričnem delu smo analizirali timsko delo vzgojiteljic in pomočnic vzgojiteljic pri načrtovanju, izvajanju načrtovanih in nenačrtovanih dejavnosti ter evalvaciji dela. Podatki so nam pokazali, da v večini strokovne delavke med seboj dobro sodelujejo in so v vzgojnem in izobraževalnem procesu enakopravne.

Secondary abstract: In the thesis "Team preparation in kindergarten", we discussed the planning of educational work in kindergarten and primary school, where we focused on the importance of cooperation of professionals in the team. In the theoretical part, we paid special attention to the Kindergarten Curriculum, curriculum planning, and defined the curriculum and the characteristics of its planning. We discussed the levels and types of preparation of educational work and at the same time covered the articulation of lessons. We touched on macro articulation, med articulation and micro articulation. In the last chapter of the theoretical part, we have dealt with the discussion of lessons and their tasks, functions, factors, structure and principles. In the empirical part, we analysed the teamwork of teachers and assistant teachers in planning, implementing planned and unplanned activities, and evaluating work. The data showed us that, in the most cases, female professionals cooperate well with each other and are equal in the educational process.
