Abstract

V nalogi obravnavamo karakteristike prenosa toplote pri vrenju binarnih zmesi. Mehurčkasto vrenje je eno učinkovitejših in bolj obvladljivih mehanizmov prenosa toplote zaradi manjše temperaturne razlike med kapljevino in grelno površino. Ker pa med procesom obstaja veliko različnih parametrov, ki niso lahko določljivi, je prenos toplote pri vrenju izredno kompleksen proces in še ni teoretičnih modelov, ki bi natančno in z gotovostjo popisali ta proces. Izdelali smo pregled 7 različnih korelacijskih modelov za določitev koeficienta toplotne prestopnosti pri mehurčkastem vrenju binarnih zmesi. Izdelali smo bazo meritev 13 binarnih zmesi, ki smo jih tudi grafično predstavili. Meritve so prikazane pri različnih tlakih, gostotah toplotnega toka in deležih posameznih komponent. Analiza referenčnih meritev nam prikazuje ključne parametre, ki vplivajo na koeficient toplotne prestopnosti.

Secondary title: Boiling heat transfer characteristics in binary mixtures
Secondary abstract: In this work, we are examining heat transfer during the pool boiling of binary mixtures. Pool boling is one of the more efficient and manageable heat transfer mechanisms due to the smaller temperature difference between the liquid and the heating surface. However, since there are many different parameters involved in the process that are not easily determinable, heat transfer during boiling is an extremely complex process, and there are no theoretical models that accurately and definitively describe this process. We have compiled a review of 7 different correlation models for determining the heat transfer coefficient in pool boiling of binary mixtures. We created a database of measurements for 13 binary mixtures, which we then presented graphically. The measurements are shown at different pressures and different heat flux densities and also by different fractions of components. The analysis of reference measurements shows us the key parameters that affect the heat transfer coefficient.
