Abstract

V premogovniku Velenje uporabljajo vijačne spone za spojitev lokov jeklenega ločnega podporja. V diplomskem delu smo izvedli analitični preračun tračnega transporterja, ki je podpora procesu sortiranja vijačnih spon. Za učinkovito sortiranje objemk in veznic vijačnih spon smo proučili možnost vpeljave sistema strojnega vida. V programskem okolju Matlab smo analizirali posnetke veznic in objemk ter izdelali dva algoritma za sortiranje objemk in veznic vijačnih spon. Sistem strojnega vida za sortiranje objemk je bil 90 % učinkovit, medtem ko je sistem za sortiranje veznic dosegel 100 % učinkovitost.

Secondary title: Design of belt conveyor for sorting screw clamps of steel beam arch support with machine vision technology
Secondary abstract: In Velenje coal mine screw clamps are used for connecting arches in steel beam arch support. In the bachelor’s thesis, we implemented analytical calculation of belt conveyor which is support for the screw clamps sorting. To sort U bolts and saddles of screw clamps efficiently, we studied the possibility of introducing a machine vision system. We analyzed pictures of U bolts and saddles in a Matlab software environment and made two algorithms for sorting. Machine vision system for sorting U bolts was effective in 90 % of cases while the system for sorting saddles reached 100 % efficiency.
