Abstract

V magistrski nalogi smo raziskovali organizacijsko klimo in njeno povezavo z zavzetostjo zaposlenih. Raziskavo smo izvedli med zaposlenimi v oddelku logistike in nabave v večjem slovenskem proizvodnem podjetju. Glavno raziskovalno vprašanje je bilo, ali med organizacijsko klimo in zavzetostjo zaposlenih obstaja povezava, in če da, kako močna je. Za merjenje organizacijske klime smo uporabili vprašalnik, ki je bil razvit v okviru projekta Slovenska organizacijska klima (v nadaljevanju: SiOK). Gre za projekt, v katerem je skupek svetovalnih podjetij spremljal in meril organizacijsko klimo v slovenskih organizacijah. Podrobneje nas je zanimalo tudi, ali obstaja povezava med posamezno dimenzijo izmed 12 dimenzij organizacijske klime, kot jih opredeljuje SiOK, in zavzetostjo zaposlenih. Prav tako smo raziskali, kolikšen je delež zavzetih, nezavzetih in aktivno nezavzetih zaposlenih. Za analizo smo uporabili program Statistical Package for the Social Sciences.

Secondary title: Correlation between organisational climate and employee engagement in a manufacturing company
Secondary abstract: In the master thesis we researched the organizational climate and its correlation with employee engagement. The survey was conducted among employees in the logistics and purchasing department of a large manufacturing Slovenian company. The main research question was whether there is a correlation between organizational climate and employee engagement, and if so, how strong. To measure the organizational climate, we used a questionnaire developed within the SiOK project. It is a project in which a group of consulting companies monitored and measured the organizational climate in Slovenian organizations. We were also interested in whether there is a correlation between each of 12 dimensions of organizational climate, as defined by the SiOK, and employee engagement. We also analysed the quantity shared of engaged, disengaged, and actively disengaged employees. Program Statistical Package for the Social Sciences was used for the analysis.
